Refund policy
At Suldia, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and are dedicated to delivering products of the highest quality. All our items are carefully selected and inspected before shipping, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, there are some exceptions:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at suldia@outlook.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For sale items and gift cards, we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at suldia@outlook.com.
